Baosteel Shanghai Stockyard, China

Baosteel Shanghai Stockyard is a successfully-upgraded large-sized green and intelligent stockyard, featuring the largest capacity of online rebuild, the most complicated system and an annual receiving capacity of 50 million tonnes.

CISDI-developed technologies are applied of the intelligent and environmental-protection storage, online rebuild and clean production.

The rebuilt stockyard is created an enclosed yard area of nearly 800,000 square meters, enabling all the raw materials and fuels to be stored indoors, saved a land area by replacement of 280,000 square meters, reduced 95% of unorganized flying dusts, and reduced over 85% of material losses.

Unmanned operations for stacking, reclaiming and conveying are realized.

It marks an integration between industry and city and is positioned as an initial green, intelligent and high-performance stockyard.
