CISDI, a researcher and promoter of green building and eco-friendly and low-carbon urban construction, provides the integrated solutions to the full life cycle of green building and livable city development by R&D, planning, design, consulting and project management, pursuing healthy, plain, efficient and sustainable human settlements.

Large-scale municipal infrastructure

We combine urban planning and architectural arts by virtue of our in-depth study and unique conception on the large-sized public buildings. We intend to develop a city with refined landmarks that represent the regional values.

We introduce leisure, openness, convenience and nature concepts into city complex in the national urbanisation drive. Multiple forms of products like HOPSCA, RBD and tourism resort business are in hand for tapping the economic and social values. Ultra high-rise building

We are the leading designer of domestic ultra high-rise buildings, and strong at layout plan, structural system, vertical transportation, fire control and safety, and electro-mechanical package technologies. Thanks to experts in BIM, full steel structures and green buildings, we have built several ultra high rises at the areas with a high earthquake intensity.

Green building consulting

CISDI is a member of USGBC and home to technology evaluation for green buildings in Chongqing. We have been awarded patents for natural ventilation, heating and architectural acousto-optic-heat environmental analysis and granted specialised engineering qualifications. Our works are winners of national 3-star logo for green building design, national green building innovation and LEED.
