Shagang breakdown mill

The initial CISDI-developed NHCD950 breakdown mill is applied to Shagang tandem hot mill. It’s a high-rigidity short-stress path rolling mill and in the largest dimension among Chinese similar mills.

The NHCD950 breakdown mill, compared with the conventional 2-hi reversible breakdown mill, boasts a higher productivity and an improved capacity by 30%~50%, a higher yield by 0.5%~1%, and a higher product dimensional accuracy.

The NHCD950 breakdown mill is created with a shorter production line, running stably and consuming less energy.
