• Various types of reheating furnaces: walking-beam, annular and car-type
• Flexible combustion modes and applicable for different thermal values of fuels: low-NOx energy-saving environment-friendly burner; combustion by conventional, regenerative, oxygen-enriched and flame-less modes; using a wide range of fuels in high or low thermal values, like BFG, LDG, MG, COG, NG and LPG
• An intelligent control technology: fully automatic production and intelligent control for reheating furnaces, producing high-quality products
• Advanced technical indicators: an even furnace temperature, a stable furnace pressure, a high reheating efficiency, and a small difference in material's sectional temperatures; an unit consumption as low as to 1.124GJ/t; emissions of low contents of NOx, SO2 and CO2; an emission of NOx smaller than 67mg/Nm3

• Combustion modes：self-generating preheating combustion, radiant tube combustion, fuel gas and power
• Control technology：digital impulse control, conventional/large air-to-fuel ratio combustion, fume enforced circulation and impact reheating, in-furnace roller table's dynamic grouping and tracking
• Advanced technical indicators：a furnace temperature control accuracy within ±2℃; an uniformity of tempering and quenching temperatures within ±3℃; an evenness of 150℃ low-heat tempering temperature within ±3.5℃; a time interval between slab charging for roller hearth furnace by no more than 800mm
