SFRE’s core products

CISDI’s package equipment research, development and manufacturing base, the MCC SFRE Heavy Industry Equipment Co. is based in China’s Shaanxi Province.

SFRE owns more than 2,000 manufacturing facilities and has a manufacturing capacity of 50,000 tonnes a year.

Based in Xi’an City, its main products come from forging, casting, heat treatments, rivet welding, machining and assembling.

SFRE has delivered package supplies to 85 per cent of large and medium-sized enterprises in China and overseas and has maintained strong relationships with numerous well-known companies.

SFRE’s main products:

Ÿ   6-hi reversing cold rolling mills

SFRE is experienced in the design and manufacture of the single-stand, 6-hi cold rolling mill.

Over 100 mill sets have been delivered to customers in China and overseas.

The mill features stable high-speed operations and can roll strip to thin specifications.

•            Push-pull pickling line

SFRE has supplied a large number of pickling lines and provided technological transformation solutions.

Its push-pull pickling units feature a compact structure, are easy to operate and bring good cost savings.

•            Skin pass mill

SFRE has supplied over 30 sets of skin pass mills. They are highly effective at improving the smoothness, flatness and mechanical properties of strip.

SFRE provides total solutions for strip treatment lines - from design to manufacture, installation and commissioning.

Over 30 sets of recoiling lines have been built by SFRE and are running smoothly.
