Jingye’s new galvaluminising line goes into production

A CISDI-built galvaluminising line at Jingye Group in China’s Hebei Province is achieving highly-efficient, low-consumption production.

The addition of the line forms part of the steel plant’s phase II galvanising programme, which is applying multiple patented technologies – open flame annealing, multi-stage mobile cooling downstream plating and roller water cooling.

High standards have been achieved in production control, plate’s profile regulation and quality control, environmental protection and energy conservation.

The galvaluminised products are sought-after in the Chinese market for their high added values.
