Equipment Manufacturing: New BOF2 boosts production at Xianfu Steel

CISDI Equipment Co reports the successful design and supply of a basic oxygen furnace at Xianfu Steel phase II in China’s Yunnan Province.
The furnace has been hot commissioned and the plant is seeing a greatly-improved melting efficiency and production capacity. An annual output of three million tonnes of liquid steel can now be achieved.
CISDI had earned Xianfu Steel’s trust during earlier projects to replace the plant’s BOF1 and oxygen lance.
